Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Many 'charity' cycle-rides use Outwood Lane at times throughout the year. when there are many riders in close groups with last minute swerving to avoid the relatively innocent hole. l have observed many near misses. Could you please repair before someone gets hurt!
