Trees broken branches

Twice this year the lower part of grass has been strimmed. The trees have not been trimmed so there at a lot of branches that are broken and over hanging plus the top of the trees need to be trimmed back. Whole road the hedge / trees needs to be trimmed back. A lorry broke a large branch that hit my car - I have had to chop it up- please can someone cut the trees and trim it and not just strim the grass
