Reported via desktop in the Poor operation or delays category anonymously at 15:09, Thursday 24 October 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The lights are the bottom of the Crescent are set using a sensor. If the lead car is too far from the lights, they are not picked up by the sensor and therefore the lights do not change. The sensor range needs to be extended or notification or on place informing drivers of the requirement to be close to the lights.
