Inconsiderate mass parking + Dangerous driving

On the bottom of Dilston Road is Therfield school, this brings mass loads of traffic and hazardous issues. Parents are parking rather inconveniently across people's driveways, on zigzags and on double yellows, etc. Parking and dangerous driving poses as an annoyance not only to locals but a hazard to the children coming out of school, as parents are reversing, blocking roads etc. Traffic control needs to be implemented as there's to many cars down the road at once.
