Diseased tree in Cedar Walk, Kingswood.

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The tree is on the right hand side in front of Copolia (which is the first house on the right). It looks like it is diseased and has no leaves at the top, the main trunk has split in two and there is now fungus at the bottom of it. I am very concerned that it will fall down in heavy rain/windy weather. Can someone please look at it? Thank you.
