Parking restriction post leaning across pavement. Extreme hazard for pedestrians

I have previously reported this damaged post at the first corner of our residential street (opposite nos 2/3), and I note that some other neighbours have reported it on 19th Oct. There are several visually impaired residents here(I am registered blind) and as the post is not fixed at the base and leaning across the pavement now it is an extreme hazard .
