Blocked Gullies make it impossible for residents of Oakwood drive to leave the road during heavy rain. Many residents need to walk to the station for work and children need to walk to the nearest school bus stop. Please fix! Blocked Gullies - The blocked gullies are outside Turnpike Cottage, Ockham Rd South, very close to the entrance into Oakwood Drive, with a second blocked gully outside Linden Cottage, Ockham Rd South. Pedestrians using the Ockham Rd South footpath between Forest Road and Old Rectory Lane, during and for an hour or two after heavy rain are regularly soaked by vehicles driving through the flowing stream of water by the kerbline. Both the road gullies and, it is strongly suspected, the drainage pipes along Ockham Rd South are blocked. This problem has been raised regularly since 2020 with SCC Highways. Early in 2024 Surrey CC advised the problem had been cleared. Unfortunately it has not.
