Sign for council-owned but contractor managed SCC car park in The Horseshoe has been fixed too low to street furniture dangerously jutting across pavement at head height where footpath has pedestrian access into car park.

Reported via mobile in the Sign board or advertising board causing an obstruction on the pavement or blocking views into traffic category by Councillor Peter Harp at 13:33, Sunday 20 October 2024
