Pothole outside new apartment block

There is a large subsidence in the road, it has been caused by the road being dug up before, this is now dangerous as cars are swerving to avoid it... Seems you'll be liable for repairs too as this was reported with photos on Wednesday 25 September 2024, you lied about repairing this on Monday 30 September 2024. It was then re-reported on Thursday 10 October 2024 and you lied saying work was already complete on Thursday 17th October 2024.

So by your own incompetence you'll be paying out for the repairs of any claims here :)
