Extended pothole/cavity running for several meters down the centre of the road.

This whole junction is in a terrible mess and has been like it for a year or 2. There are a huge number of repairs around this spot. It's ridiculous to keep patching the road, as they just break down a few months later. A large area needs to be properly surfaced.
