Blocked drains

The drains in front of 1 Chestnut Cottages and Parkside House are both blocked and in fact no longer visible as are covered with stones ( since the road was superficially resurfaced), sand, mud and leaves washed down from the top of Little Common Lane. This has been a problem for over a year now and was reported last year but has not been resolved. The debris then builds up around and under parked cars along the road which makes parking and accessing vehicles a mucky operation - especially for my elderly and frail neighbours. The photo uploaded does not convey the extent of the problem which also impacts 2, 3 and 4 Chestnut Cottages. We have waited a long time for this to be resolved and would all be very grateful now for this to be actioned. Thank you
