Serious build up of road silt from heavy rains.

Reported via mobile in the Part of the road or pavement is flooded category anonymously at 09:45, Sunday 13 October 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Over years, there has been a big build up of road silt outside our house (no.26 Mill Road) which all needs to be removed. This is happening because of an uneven road surface but the build up of road silt is causing minor flooding onto the pavement (and sometimes our driveway. The dropped kerb needs to be modernised as currently, its very old fashioned type bricks for the dropped kerb...but should be like on the other side of the road with just one long concrete 'piece'. Modernise the dropped kerb outside no.26 Mill Road to also improve the drainage of rain water from the road into the road drains its meant for...and will help to stop future build ups of road silt outside the property. Thanks.
