Flooding in the basement of our listed building - Effingham Golf Club. Supposed problem being blocked drains (four of them or so dotted around the corner on both Beech Ave & Guildford Rd.)on the corner of Beech Ave & Guildford Road or perhaps cracked pipes further down under the road level. A camera inside the drain/s is likely to show a breakage/ leak in the pipe there, resulting in the flooding inside our property. Pictures show blocked drains around the traffic lights and also some damp on the ground in the basement, and a pool of water next to the wall inside the basement.

Sent to Surrey County Council 1 minute later.

Effingham Golf Club, Guildford Road, Effingham, KT24 5PZ. In the main building there often are up to 100 people, in the basement of our workshop 2 or more men depending on the work needed. The water comes through with every rain for the last three or four weeks, condition worsen depending on the amount of water coming down at the time- we had a fresh flooding yesterday.
