Pothole getting bigger in flood area

Reported via mobile in the Pothole on a road - More than 150mm wide and more than 40mm deep category anonymously at 09:36, Tuesday 8 October 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The pot hole in the flooded area on the corner that is now submerged in water appears to be quite deep from the amount of debris around the flood. You keep having to fill in these pot holes due to the flooding which requires the road to be closed - would it not be more financially beneficial to sort out the flood and you could fix some of the other issues along this piece of road at the same time such as the road markings which have disappeared all the way along. It is very frustrating that our road is used as a cut through by so much traffic including large Lorries and yet no investment is made to keep the road safe.
