Damaged railings at left hand bend on A287 (if headed up the road) and also bent railings at the top of the road on both sides

Reported via mobile in the Damaged pedestrian railing category anonymously at 11:37, Sunday 6 October 2024

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

The railings on the left hand bend going up towards the crossroads have been broken and bent for over 20 years!! They are a complete eyesore - but moreover should a vehicle accidentally go off the road here the barriers would not do anything at all to prevent a very nasty accident. Please can you fix them? Also the railings at the top of the crossroads are all bent and mangled - please can you fix them and put some signage up to protect them and ensure traffic respects the speed and area?
