Outside Walton on Thames Station on the road there has been a continuous flow of water for months onto the road

The flow of water down the hill on Stroude road in Virginia water and also flow of water on the road outside Walton on Thames station both have been flowing for months. Please can you do something about them,regards, Jeremy K
