Dropped kerb stone broken loose and dangeros

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

Outside my property, 13 Blundel lane, KT11 2SU. Kerb stone on edge of dropped kerb had entirely broken away and a danger now. This the 3rd occurrence now, and whilst being repaired, it fails in the same way again
