Over grown hedge blocking a busy school walkway

The walkway is nearly blocked fully by the hedge from private land. It is a busy walk way to chertsey high school,morning will be too busy. There is a chance of near miss by the children accidentally move to the road when there is bicycle and passengers from opposite side. This is Just opposite to Shell fuel station,chertsey road,Addlestone. Thank you for your attention and action.
